SendPulse Contact Transfer
You can automatically transfer your contact lists from SendPulse to EmailMassivo. You don’t need to download files manually — simply set up the import in just a few minutes.
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to do it.
Step 1. Preparing data in SendPulse
Before you start importing, you need to obtain API access keys (ID and Secret) in your SendPulse account.
- Log in to your SendPulse account.
- Go to your account settings. ///
- Open the API tab. ///
- Make sure that API access is enabled.
- Copy the values of the ID and Secret fields. You will need them in the next step.
Step 2. Start importing in EmailMassivo
- Open the Contacts section. ///
- Click the blue Add contacts button in the upper right corner. ///
- In the window that appears, select From other services. ///
- Select SendPulse from the list of available services. ///
Step 3. Start importing
Entering data:
On the connection settings page, paste the keys you copied from SendPulse into the appropriate fields:
- ID
- Secret
Click the Request Lists button. ///
Selecting lists:
After a successful connection, the system will display your address books from SendPulse.
- In the “Select a list to import” field, select an existing list in EmailMassivo or create a new one. ///
- In the list below, select the address book from SendPulse that you want to import. ///
Important! Only address books with the “Active” status are available for import.
Matching contacts:
- Click the “Next” button. ///
- Match the fields for import with the corresponding variables and click the “Import contacts” button.
Start the process:
Click the “Import” button. ///
After a successful import, you will see the status “Imported.” This means that the list is ready to use. ///
How to change your SendPulse account for import
If you need to import address books from a different SendPulse account, you can use the account switch option:
- Go to the “Transfer contacts from SendPulse” section.
- Click on the “Change SendPulse account” button. ///
- Confirm the account change in the pop-up window. ///
That’s it — you can now connect another account for import.
How the transfer works
- The import process runs in the background. You can close the import window and continue working with the service — this will not interrupt the upload.
- The import status (e.g., “Importing,” “Imported”) will be displayed next to each list.
- You can view the download results in the Import History section. ///
What data is transferred?
We preserve your subscribers’ current statuses during the transfer:
- Active — transferred as an active subscriber.
- New — transferred as active.
- Unsubscribed — transferred to EmailMassivo with the status “Unsubscribed” so that you do not accidentally send emails to those who have opted out.
- Blocked — transferred to the list of complaints or blocked contacts.
Contacts with the statuses “Deleted” or “Activation requested” (unconfirmed) are not imported.
Possible errors
Invalid ID or Secret format: If you made a mistake when copying the keys, the system will highlight the fields in red and display an error. Make sure you have not copied any extra spaces.
