Go to the "Contacts" section in the "Lists" tab and click "Create List".

Come up with a list name and click "Create".

What Are Lists For?

  • after creating a list, you can add contacts to it;
  • when creating a campaign, you will be able to select contact lists and send campaigns to them;
  • for each list, you can view statistics: find out the open rate, as well as the percentage of errors and unsubscribes of contacts within the list:
  • also, within a list, you can find out how many contacts in it are available for sending campaigns ("Active" and "New") and how many contacts are "Inactive" ("Unsubscribes", "Errors", or "Complaints")
