Resend allows you to re-send an email only to subscribers who did not open the main campaign, increasing reach without unnecessary touches.

What needs to be configured

  • Preheader for the resend;
  • Launch time (in hours or days, optimally — two days later).

Resend can be scheduled no earlier than 24 hours after the main campaign completion.

How to enable resend

  1. Create the main campaign, check all settings, and launch the send.
  2. Set resend parameters: preheader and scheduled delivery time.
  3. After launch, go to the "Campaigns" → "In Progress" section. The campaign will remain there until both parts are completed. In the campaign card, via the "Details" button, you can access the main campaign statistics and the scheduled resend date/time.

While the main part is not completed, the system shows the scheduled time as "in N hours". After the main email is completed, an exact date will appear in the format "04/11/2025, 16:30".

Managing resend

  • Before sending the resend, you can cancel it: click the three dots in the campaign card → "Cancel resend". In this case, the campaign will move to the "Completed" section as a regular campaign.
  • For a detailed report on the main part or resend, open the "Completed" section and select the subject of the desired campaign part.
